1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Flite Line Services ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
2. Services Offered
Flite Line Services provides the following aviation services:
- Fixed Base Operations (FBO) at Kitchener-Waterloo (YKF) and London (YXU)
- Aircraft fueling services (Avgas and Jet A)
- Aircraft maintenance and inspections
- Avionics installation and repair
- Aircraft structures and composites repair
- Aircraft charter services
- Scenic flights and aerial advertising
- Aircraft hangar and tie-down services
3. Service Requests and Bookings
Service requests can be made through our website, FlightBridge platform, phone, or in person at our FBO locations. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and may offer account terms to approved commercial customers. Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Fuel prices are subject to market rates and may fluctuate
- Maintenance and repair costs are provided as estimates and may vary based on actual work required
- Charter rates are quoted per trip and subject to change based on flight conditions
- Late payment may result in interest charges and suspension of services
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Charter Services:
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to scheduled departure: Full refund
- Cancellations made 24-48 hours prior: 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior: No refund
- Weather-related cancellations initiated by us: Full refund or rescheduling
Maintenance Services:
Maintenance work once commenced is non-refundable. If you choose to cancel work before completion, you will be charged for labor and parts used up to that point.
FBO Services:
Fuel sales are final. Hangar and tie-down services may be cancelled with appropriate notice as specified in your service agreement.
6. Safety and Compliance
All services are provided in accordance with Transport Canada regulations and industry standards. Customers are responsible for ensuring their aircraft meet all regulatory requirements. We reserve the right to refuse service if we determine an aircraft is not airworthy or safe to operate.
7. Weather and Force Majeure
Aviation services are weather-dependent. We reserve the right to delay, cancel, or modify services due to weather conditions, mechanical issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to force majeure events including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, or airport closures.
8. Liability and Insurance
Flite Line Services maintains appropriate insurance coverage for our operations. Customers are required to maintain their own aircraft insurance. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. We are not responsible for:
- Personal property left in aircraft or on our premises
- Consequential damages resulting from service delays
- Pre-existing aircraft conditions not disclosed to us
- Damage caused by weather, acts of God, or third parties
9. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide accurate aircraft and contact information
- Maintain valid pilot licenses and medical certificates for charter services
- Comply with all airport rules and regulations
- Remove personal property from aircraft during maintenance
- Disclose known aircraft defects or issues
- Follow all safety instructions provided by our staff
10. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Flite Line Services and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
11. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Flite Line Services, its employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or violation of any rights of another party.
13. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
14. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
15. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
